BHA Regular Meeting this Thursday, June 20th at 7:30 p.m

Butterfield Homeowners Administration June 17, 2019

This is a reminder that the next Butterfield Homeowners Association meeting will be this Thursday, June 20th at 7:30 p.m. at the Fountain of Life Church, 2S361 Glen Park Rd. Note that we will be there at 7 p.m. for our happy (half) hour with hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks. Come by and say hello to your neighbors!

Meeting Topics:

Discuss proposed changes to entrance sign landscaping, hardscaping, and related needs.
Discuss clarifications to executive board member roles and responsibilities.
Discuss adding stops signs and speed bumps for dangerous roads in our subdivision.
Ideas on how to inform new homeowners of their free membership.
Future plans to grow the BHA.
And any questions you, as a homeowner, have for your association.
