This is a reminder that the next Butterfield Homeowners Association meeting will be this Thursday, October 17th at 7:30 p.m. at the Christ Church Downers Grove (formerly Fountain of Life Church), 2S361 Glen Park Rd. Note that we will be there at 7 p.m. for our happy (half) hour with hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks. Come by and say hello to our new church neighbors!

Meeting Topics:

• Introduction and presentation by Rev. Eric Camfield of Christ Church Downers Grove on their new church and their plans for integrating with the Butterfield community.
• Discuss the new Butterfield Today magazine and how to make further improvements.
• Discuss how to improve the existing brochure which needs to be reprinted as we are running out of copies.
• Discuss proposed changes to entrance sign landscaping, hardscaping, and related needs.
• Discuss adding stops signs and speed bumps for dangerous roads in our subdivision.
• Ideas on how to inform new homeowners of their free membership.
• Future plans to grow the BHA.
• And any questions you, as a homeowner, have for your association.
