BHA 2027 Membership Drive

The 2026 business year is ending soon, and your Butterfield Homeowners Administration is getting ready to provide all-new and better services starting in 2027! Please help us fund these services with your annual donation of $25, $35, $50, $100 or more. Subscribe Today!

Your annual dues will be used to help us continue to manage the following services:

This website
Our monthly email newsletter
Entrance sign maintenance & decorations
Accounting & legal services
Various third-party services
Everything else that we need to keep things running smoothly

Pay your subscriber dues today and enjoy all membership benefits! The new membership year starts January 1st. You can pay for the next year as late as June 30th of that year, but getting your subscription dues in by December 31st of the prior year is preferable. You can pay by check or online using PayPal, described here. If paying by check, you can send them to the same address as always:
