Food: 2-3 PM
Games: 3-4 PM
Bingo and prizes: 4-5 PM
Picnic is free only to paid Butterfield Homeowners Association members and their immediate families. To RSVP (by Sept. 10th), please use the picnic registration form below or email us at butterfieldhomeownersassoc@gmail.com with the number of people from your immediate family who will be attending.
Not a member? Call Connie Poulos Loos at 630-400-1212 or email her at connieloos21@aol.com to join the BHA. Or, you can pay $25 at the door, which will give you entrance to the picnic and full BHA membership benefits for the rest of the year, including a free tote bag with some fun prizes inside! Food will include pulled pork sandwiches, chicken, hot dogs, sides, and much more!
