A west suburban man who drove to a convenience store for a gallon of milk is behind bars after he allegedly drove his car into the store and fled on foot this morning, according to DuPage County police.
The man was charged with driving without a driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to give information to the owner of the property, according to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office.
