This is a reminder that the next Butterfield Homeowners Association meeting will be this Thursday, March 19th at 7:30 p.m. at the Fountain of Life Church, 2S361 Glen Park Rd.
This is the annual meeting and the most important meeting of the year when the annual election takes place, so it is important that you attend so you can make your voice heard.
Besides the election we will be discussing several important topics, including but not limited to the following:
- 2015 Butterfield Neighborhood Survey Results
- Discuss plans for new quarterly newsletter. What works, what does not, how to improve it.
- Need to discuss final changes to the text of the new Beautiful Butterfield brochure.
- Discussion on ideas on how to improve our website.
- Initial planning, organization for the 2015 picnic
- Ideas for additional social event(s) besides the picnic
- And whatever you, as a homeowner, wish to discuss with your homeowners association.
